Returns and Exchanges

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any postage cost for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions for Custom Jerseys
If your custom jersey(s) is manufactured incorrectly - whether it be incorrect sizing, misspelled name, or any sort of imperfection, we will have another jersey made and shipped as quickly as possible. However, if your jersey does not fit you, but was made accurately according to our size charts, we cannot provide a refund or exchange of any sort. We strongly encourage everyone to check our size charts before ordering. All brands are different and there's no universal size chart.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We offer free size exchanges for all in-stock items (which excludes custom jerseys) in unworn condition within one week of delivery of your order. Exchanges must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of your order. Any postage cost for exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@teamtriton.com.
